Every project is a little different — timelines, locations, number of people, and what you want delivered all change the scope. The “starting at” price gives you a clear baseline for what a typical project costs. Once I know the details of your day, I’ll send a custom quote built around your coverage and deliverables.
2. What affects the final price of my project?
A few main things:
• Coverage time (how many hours I’m there)
• Type of project (portrait, wedding, event, promo, etc.)
• Travel and number of locations
• Team size (just me, or a second shooter/extra camera operators)
• Deliverables (highlight film, full ceremony edit, social clips, albums, prints, etc.)

3. Can I customize a package to fit my specific needs?
Yes — absolutely. If you don’t see the exact mix of coverage and deliverables you need, tell me what you’re planning, your ideal budget range, and what matters most (for example: “video is top priority” or “we really want full ceremony coverage”). I’ll put together a custom option that fits.
4. How do booking, retainers, and payments work?
To officially hold your date, I require:
• A signed contract, and
• A non-refundable retainer (a percentage of your total package price).
The remaining balance is typically due before the event/shoot date. I’ll outline exact amounts and due dates clearly in your contract so everything is easy to follow.
5. Can I request specific shots or share a mood board?
Please do. A short “must-have” list (and any Pinterest/IG references) helps me prioritize what’s important to you. I’ll blend those requests with candid coverage and on-the-day moments. While I can’t guarantee every single shot, I’ll confirm your must-haves before we start and make sure we hit them.
6. How do I prepare for a staged session with you?
I’ll send a short prep guide, but here’s the gist:
- Share your goals and any references/mood board ahead of time.
- Choose 2–3 outfits that feel like you (avoid tiny, busy patterns).
- Bring small props that support the concept (instruments, products, invitations, etc.).
- Plan light grooming and give yourself extra travel time.
- I’ll handle posing, direction, and a simple shot plan so the session flows.
7. Do you deliver sneak peeks? When and how?
Yes — I send a small selection for you to review while I finish the full edit. For standard sessions, expect 5–10 images within 48–72 hours; for weddings and large events, 15–30 highlights. I deliver via a private online gallery you can view, download, and share.
8. How long does it take to receive the final edited images?
